The terms that govern your use of The Spatial Brief.
1. The service
The Spatial Brief is an ecosystem tracker for Apple Vision Pro and visionOS — news, companies, apps, people, and contributed source bookmarks. It is operated by MEIJE, société à responsabilité limitée registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 985 281 633 R.C.S. Paris. Public visitors may browse the archive. By accessing the website, creating an account, using the MCP endpoint, or using the Chrome extension, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16.
3. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no scraping beyond normal use, no attempts to breach security, no unlawful or infringing activity, no submitting false or misleading contribution data.
4. Content & trademarks
The Spatial Brief aggregates publicly available information and links to original sources. When you submit sources through the Chrome extension or website, you give us permission to review, store, deduplicate, edit, and publish accepted source metadata in the archive under our Data Policy. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. Apple, Apple Vision Pro, and visionOS are trademarks of Apple Inc.
5. Corrections
We aim to keep the archive accurate and source-backed, but public ecosystem information changes. Correction, update, and removal review requests can be sent to thespatialbrief+support@studiomeije.com.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the competent courts under applicable French procedural rules, subject to consumer rights.
